Mercy, This is fairly common among quitters especially with regards to the phone. You may be avoiding it because it is a trigger. Because it is no longer a positively reinforced behavior. (Smoking boosts the chemicals in your brain responsible for good mood.) Or you not enjoy the telephone because your attention span is shortened. Some quitters also tend to feel restless early in their quit. Please know this passes and you will soon get back to gabbing on the telephone. Just give yourself some time.
