I'm Finished with the complete program for patches. I've been off everything for 1 1/2 days it seem like i've had to do more breathing, and some mild nervousness, gas, headaches. Like when i first went on the patch . Will I go through the withdrawl again? Hi Circuit, I don't think so. Some people experience mild withdrawal in coming off the patches. I didn't notice at all!! I was worried beforehand, hope this reassures you! You're not on your own. You have this site and all of these quitters. Read a LOT, help other people and POST when you have trouble. It's better than any NRT ever. circuit, You may go through a little withdrawal so be prepared. Take the time to use you coping mechanism and it will help. Use you pharmacist and doctor to advice you about patch withdrawal as well. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
