I'm happy for you, Kaiser, for all of us. Had you not quit, we would never have met you. You help to keep our spirits up, and after 4 long years you are still diligently on these boards, helping newcomers. What an asset and human being.

Oh my goodness Kaiser...I'm 2 1/2 months late.  But you've done a fantastic job with that 4 years and 2 1/2 months.  Hoping your wee beagle was your reward!
Keep going strong!!!!!
Cheers, Jan

Hey Homeboy!!!

Huge congratulations to you, buddy!!!  I would pat you on the back, too, but my arms just won't reach that far!!!   I'll guess you'll have to do that for me, OK?  I sure wish that I could be there to help you celebrate your achievement, but I guess that will have to wait till next time I'm up up in the ol' stomping grounds!!!  I will be sure to open a cold one and send cheers to you after work today!

I also wanted to echo the sentiments of others here in thanking you for your years of support to all of our fellow quit buddies!  You definitely helped many through some tough times!  Be sure to enjoy some extra puppy kisses today, buddy!  You sure deserve them!

Oh, and enjoy your retirement!!!  I know that's coming up REAL quick!!!  Another great reward to enjoy!

              CHEERS!!!

Hi kaiser,

Well, I think your pat on the back is definitely deserved.
Congratulations on your 4th year of smoke free living.

What techniques worked for you most along the way?
How will you be celebrating?

 Congrats again
