Up and walking in the virtual reality parade this morning with 97 days... When the sun comes up I need to get my butt in gear and get a walk in today and hopefully start to shed some of the weight gained since I quit smoking. This should help me add more time to my stats on life gained...Thats the plan for my smoke-free Sunday..

Wow 13 days added to my life and 3760 cigarettes not smoked..Man thats a lot of cigarettes..plus 1,128.00 dollars saved..

Unbelievable!! I guess I will be reading my stats more often..

You are all doing GREAT Workin', Dori and Roses! 1000 cigs not smoked is a lovely number Dori! And you're just hovering around that beach landing at the 100 day mark! I hope you all have your cabana boys,coconut oil, rum and flip flops ready to sail into port! WooHoo! IT's great not to smoke anymore isn't it? Now we have the energy to play beach volleyball if we want! Or maybe you have a completely different awesome 100 day reward planned???? Hope so! Cheers on the stats!

It turned out to be a really great day..I did some walking on the beach and was even able to ride my bike again..
