Congratulations, Wendy.

I sure remember the "old days": focusing on typing to ignore the crave, doing research into why my body & mind were doing what they were doing and how to make it stop (!), and helping those following along.  Great times, all of them.

Thanks Eyja, I am very happy with my quit and you should be too. Every day without smoking is wonderful. I am glad I have helped with your quit, so many here helped me and I am glad to pass it on. Keep up the good work and soon you will be at 7 years too!!

Excellent for you 3galeh!  7 years is wonderful - I hope your reward is fitting.  Thanks for coming back to show us how it's done!  I am not a oldie here (just 15 months or so into this quit) but I have read your posts from your 'oldie' days when I felt like skimming the archives and found them pertinent and as fresh to me as they were to you back when you wrote them.  We all have words of support and I appreciate each one's story and journey shared.  Good on ya!  - and your NASCAR adventures sounds just great!  : )  Eyja

Lolly thank you so much, it's so nice to see some of the "oldies" here still. I feel like its old home week to see some of you. Hope you are doing well. Pen thank you so much too, your still helping people, how wonderful. Yes we still do the NASCAR, even more now that hubby is retired. Have a wonderful smoke free life everyone.

Huge congrats on your success.  How well I remember the first night of your quit.  Thank goodness for Rusty and all the members who were here for you.  Look at you now and how proud we all are on your climb up the non smoking mountain.  Here is to continued success in your life.

With lots of love
