Hey gang, thanks for the accolades! What a great feeling waking up on Sunday and celebrating 2 years smoke-free. The only time I really think about smoking is when I'm on here. What a great feeling to be free!!!

My personal reward will be to run a 5km marathon in the spring. I'm able to run 3kms now without stopping, so I don't have too far to go. It may not sound far, but after smoking for 32 years it's a huge accomplishment for me. The other day I was showing my son the progress I've made in distance/endurance, and he asked me why all of a sudden I wanted to run. My answer: because I can. Before I couldn't.............

Oh, and we're also going to vacation in Florida again this Oct.
