Wow guys This was quite a treat to see on my return from another day on the road. Thank you all so much for remembering my little mile markers and secondly for the kind words. It is always a pleasure to post here, it is even more of a pleasure to get such wonderful feed back. I know this has not always been easy for any of us, but the fact that we are all still here demonstrates that it is possible. When facing a difficult task, the hardest thing of all is to make up one's mind that the undertaking is even possible. I will admit that there where times along this road when I was not totally convinced that I could shed the addiction. But with all of your support along the way that notion was soon dispelled and I have managed to keep my head in the game. Further more I intend to remain smoke free for the rest of my days on the planet. Anyone with a minimal amount of insight can see that to do otherwise is a fool's game because frankly, I for one never want to go through it all again. Thank you again for all of your kind words and thoughts. I hope you are all resting easy tonight. nonic My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/25/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 400 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 12,000 Amount Saved: $4,200.00 Life Gained: Days: 74 Hrs: 15 Mins: 31 Seconds: 53
