Today signifies 3 years Quit for this cold turkey.
Kiwi was a 20 year nicotine addict who smoked 2 packs a day. He had an addictive personality, constantly over-analyzed things, suffered from mood swings & some form of depression brought on by self inflicted stress.
Kiwi's smoking lifestyle consisted of organizing his daily routine to ensure he ingested a cigarette at 45 minute intervals to maintain equilibrium & his sanity. Work, family commitments & life in general would ultimately get in the way of this.
Let it be known that Kiwi had no support from friends or family (who all smoke) for the duration of his quit.
This is not a 'pity pot' post. If this sounds like you, you can be assured that you will not die from your 'quit' & for the 'New Years' noobs.....
There is a new life to live after smoking.
cheers
