20 weeks for Freemom

Wow, I've got 20 weeks (140 days) under my belt...Unfortunately I don't wear belts since I've still got 15-20 quit smoking pounds to lose! LOL. BUT, I'd do it all again, in spite of the weight gain. Hmmm. I guess if I could go back in time, I'd have drunk more water and eaten less chocolate, cookies and esp pull & peel twizzlers - who knew they had so many calories and were soooo addictive?? Note to new quitters - watch what you munch on! Stick with as many fruits and veggies and whole grains as possible! And move around as much as possible! Burn calories however you can (just don't smoke! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/29/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 140 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,680 Amount Saved: $571.20 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 23 Mins: 42 Seconds: 54
