Aubanki,
Congratulations on your first smoke free year! We are so proud of you!
Every quit is different. Stay on the right course and your urges are bound to get fewer and farther in between.
Danielle

On Tuesday it was one year since I guit smoking. So much has happened in this last year,
some good - like taking vacations and not getting all stressed out because I want a cigarette and can't have one, and
some bad - like being 20 pounds overweight and being diagnosed with emphezima, both of which makes walking difficult.
I did not do anything special on Tuesday, I got a new playstation game for my birthday, and have been busy playing it. We are going to St Marten in April, this plus the trips this fall have been my rewards and special no smoking targets.
I still get urges to have is cigarette. When are they suppose to get further apart so that they only come maybe once a month. It would be nice if they was more reliable literature available on the long term effects of not smoking (like when the urges go away).
I will keep in touch, and want to thank everyone for their support over the last year. It has been were helpful.
