Mace, you are at the VERY beginnig of your quit. And yes, smoking was ingrained into every part of my life also. These "triggers" come fast and furious at first; talk on the phone, driving, getting off of work, taking a break at work or at home, having coffee, sitting with friends and talking, after meals, before bed, etc, etc, etc. All these actions were related to smoking. We smoked everyday, all day. It takes a while to break this mental association with smoking. BUT, you are doing it. Congratulations on being smoke free for 3 whole days. Just keep at it..freedom lies ahead!
