I can't remember much about those first days. I guess I killed those memories and am happy for that. I do know, it is a gradual process like Mercy has said. You get better and better and you should rely on distraction, interests, such as napping, showers, exercise in moderator, for what suits your health status.
Asks your son to be a touch more supportive and let him know that this is your time to finally make it right and that you plan to stick to it.
