Yes you did Cheeks. I was wrong about that. Confusion seems to be following me around these days.I seem to be a bit clumbsy too. This has not been one of my best days. I hope yours is going good. Blue Cloud here, this did start out as my thread John and thank you so much for the song. I remember it well. Cheeks we started at the same time and I am sorry to hear you are having a rough morning. Drink lots of juice and stay busy. Mornings are alwys the toughest for me. The junkie in me is wanting to get his day started but I am hanging in there and not giving in. This quit belongs to me. Blue Cloud, when I see your handle I think of Blue Sky, Then ELO comes to mind And today, "Today calls for Blue Skies".... In the words of Electric Light Orchestra Sun is shinin' in the sky, There ain't a cloud in sight It's stopped rainin' Everybody's in a play And don't you know It's a beautiful new day. Runnin' down the avenue,(Pant, Pant, Pant) See how the sun shines brightly In the city on the streets Where once was pity, Mr. Blue Sky is living here today. Mr. Blue Sky, please tell us why, You had to hide away For so long where did we go wrong. Hey there Mr. Blue We're so pleased to be with you Look around see what you do, Everybody smiles at you. Hey you with the pretty face, Welcome to the human race A celebration Mr. Blue Sky's Up there waitin' and today Is the day we've waited for If you got the CD, play this song, it will put a smile on your face. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 72 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,800 Amount Saved: $252.00 Life Gained: Days: 11 Hrs: 5 Mins: 29 Seconds: 24

Cheeks Im a little late responding to this, so I hope you're feeling a bit better by now Bluecloud is right on with the neurotransmitter changes occurring. Casey's post about the mood changes and suggestions were helpful to me at one point when I could harldy recognize myself, maybe for you too? Maybe the increased urges have something to do with the one week milestone? I know I had a similar increase in intensity then, as well as at one month. I finally realized I was used to rewarding myself for jobs well done by smoking, so since I had been so looking forward to these milestones, I felt like I was missing something when I didn't have the nicotine reward. Not consciously, but by subconscious association. Once I realized this, it was much easier to be prepared for milestones, knowing the urges might increase, and what they were about, and by rewarding myself for each one. I know you were planning a haircut, hope you did that. No matter what, this will pass. You are doing great! -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 112 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,480 Amount Saved: $761.60 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 16 Mins: 55 Seconds: 50
