Good job! :) I am exactly at 60 days and today has been a bit trying, but I have survived. Several times I have thought "60 days...let me smoke just one for old times sake...yeah, right." Reason steps in and I have been good, but OMG it has been a hard row to hoe. (That's back-woods country talk for all my UK and Canadian buddies! ;))

hello all. this is a great group to be a member of. so supportive and encouraging. positive today. worked my first night shift of the week last night. bit bored at times which resulted in wanting a cigarette. but i had taken a few thing to occupy myself with and the night went ok. when cravings strike i try and remain calm, not panic and breath deeply telling myself 'this to shall pass. will check in tomorrow ann My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 48 Amount Saved: 12.9 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 6 Mins: 28 Seconds: 25
