This will be a tough trigger for you to get through, but you CAN do this! I say, if you're thinking, even if just in the back of your mind "maybe I'll just have one" already, then don't go! But, if you think that this is something that you are ready to do, then go... bring a few posts with you and perhaps your reasons for quitting. And, of course, gum, hard candy, etc... to help you get through the cravings. Is your friend a smoker or is she someone who will help you protect your quit? Go prepared and you'll be fine! Have a good time... just don't smoke!
