Debby, so glad to hear that things are going well for you!  Isn't it a great feeling to wake up and not want a cigarette?  I know some people here cleaned when they had time on their hands.  Some had the cleanest ovens in their lives!  LOL!  I calculated that I used to spend almost 3 hours smoking every day.  It is a great feeling to know you have that time back.  Hobbies, home projects, spending time with family and friends.  Just think of everything you can do with the extra time!  And if you still have time, let me know.  I can find some projects around my house for you!

Hi woke up this morning and the first thing I thought of was I need to change my patch!!!!!

I didn't think about the ciggys or why I was using the patch, just that I needed to change it !!

Got a better sleep last night, this morning woke up earlier than normal but was wide awake, and felt great.

Today has been good up to now not really missing the smoking just finding that I have more time on my hands, so I am going to go and get the wallpaper tomorrow and start decoration the stairwell.

Will talk again before I go to bed to let you know how the rest of the day went.

Hope that everyone is doing well Debby
