     That's one of the main points I try to stress on a lot of my posts to new quitters!   I pretty much lived on this site my first few weeks reading and posting!!!  I really feel that it was the distraction as much as anything else, while being here, that seemed to make my quit so much easier than I thought it was going to be!!   And....  you have been one of my favorite "ramblers"...  you've always given all of us something more to think about!!!  I'm sure glad that you continue to pop in and post!  The SCC sure wouldn't be the same without you!
