Your doing great!! Hang in there and keep facing the withdrawl symptoms head on. Recognizing them for what they are is half the battle with dealing with them.

Just one big hug and kiss, Gin!
I've been reading all about your quit and am really really happy to see you're doing it! :)
I had the same problem with sleeping and anxiety... the first weeks it was hard to fall asleep and then I woke up everymorning REALLY early... but then again I was on vacation so I could enjoy more the beach and the sun! ;)
It will all go away and you'll feel better each day that goes by and prouder and prouder of yourself!!
I'm very proud of my quit and sometimes I still look at the mirror and ask myself how did I do it this time! And am so SCARED of never been able to do it again! And I think that scare feeling has been helping me all along so I welcome it! :)
So congratulations and REWARD YOURSELF! :)

Great job Gin!! I was so anxious, even though I was on chantix which is supposed to help to help with that.
I feel great now, every day after you quit is so positive, I still notice and note all positives daily.
Reward yourself today!!

So, what's up for this weekend? Have some plans to keep you busy? As for the difficulty relaxing, try deep breathing in combination with consciously blowing out the tension from the top of your body down to your toes.
you are doing awesome!!!!!

Great news. Glad to hear things are getting easier. Anxiety was one of the side effects I experienced as well. Honestly, I still do at times.
It doesn't sound like you have any doubts. That's so great. You may have times that are more difficult than others but it really seems like you are going to do well...and for the long haul.
Congrats! :)

Gin,
I remember this feeling of relief that you are describing. It continues to get better and better.
You've done a terrific job in making past the first three VERY difficult days. Pat yourself on the back and give yourself a nice little reward (bubble bath, nap, watch a favorite movie).
I also felt a lot of anxiety for the first couple of weeks. If your symptoms continue or worsen, you might want to check in with your doctor. Take good care of yourself and get plenty of rest while your body begins to heal.
Keep up the good work,
Boxerfan
