Feeling better today and actually feel my lungs improving. Old habits are hard to break. After I poured my coffee this morning I actually went into the living room to sit down and light up then realized that I don't do that anymore. It had nothing to do with a crave...just my daily routine. It feels much better to just relax with the coffee which I enjoy even more now. My problem now will be to stay focused on this and stay here in this group. In the past I have just stopped reading and posting and soon there after I started smoking again. Last time lighting up made me sick but I still continued. It not worth going this agony again. Going out for a while but will check in later.
