Mint Green tea was my savior in the early days. I found, and still find, it very soothing and relaxing. Just check your grocery store, there are tons of varieties. Mint Green was good for me because it has 60% less caffeine than regular, which helps eliminate another potential trigger. Congrats on 5 days, you are almost through hell week!! Paul, Congratulations on being smoke-free for 6 days! Amazing! If you go to your local grocery store there are many varieties of green teas. I have found that they all taste great. Another favorite is honey lemon with a fresh slice of lemon when steeping. Very soothing when temptation creeps up on me. Have a wonderful day Paul and enjoy your tea :).
