Numb Spots in my brain

17 years ago 0 96 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Day 4 and my head feels strange. Other for for this dry cough I just started (not sure if its from no ciggs) but my head feels like it has numb spots in it. Really weird Ya I should read more threads here but I cant really stay on the comp that long w/o having a massive craving so I do it in short stints. wazzdo My Friend, this is withdrawal...numbness...yes...a part of cold-turkey quit. I admire your identifying your triggers and getting the upper hand. That feeling in your head can be normal. I found that I was spaced-out for a little while - is that what you mean? Take precautions for safety, like when traveling and in the kitchen and bathroom. check back in with us. Hi Wazzdo, Feeling spaced out and having trouble concentrating ? Normal ! unpleasant but quite normal. I suffered this for the first week and it is a very werid feeling. Tere is not much you can do about the symptoms sorry. You just have to ride them out with the knowledge that you body is healing and that as unpleasant as it may be it is a GOOD sign !! be strong and kep up your great quit !
