That is so funny that you said that you like yourself better now! I was thinking the same thing! This morning I was thinking about how good I smelled!Text I am a clean freak (used to smoke outside) but have also enjoyed the smell of household cleaners! I also smelled my husbands body spray last night in bed, which was nice. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/8/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 8 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 129 Amount Saved: $33.6 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 19 Mins: 7 Seconds: 58

Hi, Redy I know what you mean - just wait a few more days until you pull something out of a closet that has been hanging for a while without being worn or washed. Learned a little trick a couple of years ago from a very smart lady on the site named PammieSue, she told me bounce would remove the odor. I have started washing everything in the house that I can shove in the washer and then drying it with bounce fabric softener sheets. I have tried the new freebreez also the citrus scent it works really good also. It will take some time - I am considering tearing down the whole darn house and starting over! Ha/ha Hopefully as the spring arrives in a couple of months we can open some windows and let the fresh begin. This will be my first spring in 32 years that I have not been saturated in stinky smelly nicotine. Can hardly wait to smell the spring flowers for once in many years ( since childhood). Hi there- Give it time... I love cleaning the house with a lemon cleaner and it leaves the home smelling so fresh! Also - I put lemons or limes in a pretty bowl - the room/house will pick up the fresh scent...and its all natural. Cleaning I guess would be #1... and use orange cleaner as well... Time - it will take some time, but enjoy the journey of getting there too!
