Julie, Julie, Julie. You know that I had a solid 11 year quit which I flushed down the toilet. The, I had 40 days recently and slipped again. Ol Nic knows just the right time to creep forth. But there is no right time to start any more than there is a right time to quit. Realize how good you felt about yourself when you were a non-smoker. You were a lot more free. You need to be free now and in the future to deal with these curve balls life loves to pitch. All this smoking is doing is eating up time, attention and life energy that you do not have to spare.
