Trying,
Your going to be OK. One breath at a time is how most of us make it through those first few days. I found that keeping my hands busy was something that kept me from going crazy. You could try a slinky or a Yo-yo. either one can go in your pocket and keep your hands busy until the crave passes. Find some substitutes for your mouth, toothpicks, a toothbrush, celery, carrots, sugarless gum or candy. straws, or cinnamon sticks to chew on. All can give you something to occupy your mouth and your hands.
Take BFS advice and make yourself a plan, then keep it handy. Take in plenty of fresh air, breath deep and slow.
Exercise will help, swimming, hot tub, shower...most of us never smoked there. Go to places that you can't smoke. Stay away from alcohol and from friends that still smoke. At this stage of the game, even the smell is a temptation.
Good wishes, keep going, you can do this!
