If I had any doubt before I sure don't now. I have from the beginning had trouble keeping the patches to stay on. I started taping them and even a few had actually stayed with no tape. Anyway I had to go to the store the other morning and when I was leaving about 10am I felt something and looked down and my patch had fell off, tape and all and was on the ground. I had a couple more stops before going home and was going to put a new patch on when I got home. Anyway about 4pm when my hubby got home from work I said honey I feel like crap I have a terrible headache and I am sooo irritable. It hit me,,, I forgot to put on another patch. I am on the 14mg now and I think the patches really work wonders. 7mg here I come. Kypalak, Thanks for the insight! The patch is to help you step down bit by bit. If you have problems or side effects, check with your doctor or pharmacist. Try the patch under your underwear with the tape and make sure the area is dry :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
