hi hopeless, this is a tuff addiction to quit believe me I have tried so many times I lost count. I went cold turkey and boy the first 3 weeks were hard but now it is getting much much better and I am glad I did it this time. Always on guard. You can get threw the withdrawls it is a challenge but you can do this.
