Hey Mac - just think, another couple of days and you will be through your 1st week - imagine the JOY of never having to go through that again!
And then, in a while, think of how amazing it's going to feel (and I guarantee it will) when you have one of those "aha" moments and realize, in hindsight, that you had a period of time, no matter how long (even seconds are great) that you didn't think about smoking.
It will happen. Just this morning, I realized that when I was checking off "my daily progress", I'd been clicking the "no significant withdrawl symptoms" for the first time so far.
Back to your question - there are a ton of amazing posts from the past that longer-standing members "bump" for our benefit. Read as many as you can - they are very insightful, and there's probably always something you can take away from each one.
