Hi Ericon, You sound like your doing great. Glad to hear it. Don't worry about using stir sticks or pieces of a straw. I use my straws everyday to get over the rough spots. Hi Ericon good for you day 1 almost over. I cut straws in 3 pieces and chew on them all day. Nothing wrong with that, sure helps, so does cold water and deep breathing.
