I was afraid I was going to sleep 12 hours a day for the rest of my life... and considering the fact that I have a full time job, go to school full time, and I'm a single Mom, it presented a serious problem for me. It lasted(I hate to report) about 2 months. It seemed to go hand in hand with depression and whining for me ;-). But.. this is a big but.. I now wake up every morning at 5:30 after usually going to bed between 11:00 and midnight. It seems to have shifted to needing less sleep, I'm not depressed, and only periodically whiney :-). This appears to be "normal" for many quitters but you can get through it. It did cost me one C on my never ending report card, but hey, I haven't smoked in almost 5 months now! So.. hang in there, have faith, it really will end. I promise!
Remember N.O.P.E!! (Not one puff ever)
