Of course it gets better!!! Quitting smoking is definately not easy, but it is simple ~ you just don't smoke.
Your body is healing. All of the feelings you are expirencing is normal. I had a mad case of the dizziness!! But it eventually went away. I am a stay at home mom, so I was able to nap every day. Each persons quit is different though.
Drink tons of water, and suck on hard candies. Munch on cold fruit and veggies. Anything. But just do not smoke.
I don't blame you about not wanting to smoke again, I would not want to go through hell week again!!
