Just wanted to write to say that it just hit me that I am feeling much better today. I feel like the fog has lifted. Another good sign is I had a dream last night that I smoked. The good thing was the reaction I had in my dream. I only took one puff and then put it right out because I was really mad that I had that cigarette. I thought that was good that even in a dream I did'nt smoke the whole thing and got mad at myself for smoking even one puff. Thanks Christine. That is good to know. I had a feeling it was a good sign that I put it out right away in my dream. Lets face it I could have smoked a whole pack in my dream. Good luck to you also.
