ICL, Glad to see you are giving it another go.
I cannot emphasize how important self talk is while quitting. You have to be your best cheer leader! If you keep telling yourself that you are stressed, you will feel stressed. If you tell yourself every morning, I am going to have a great day. I am going to be calm today, it will help turn things around. Now I know you're going to say "Ya right!" But honestly, self talk is really important. You gotta remember that Junkie voice is forever trying to get you back smoking, and if you want to make him go away, you gotta have a louder more positive voice than he does. Think about it! Self fulfilling prophecy!
I can do this! I am a non smoker! I am the victor, not the victim!
Smoking is not an option! NOPE! :)
