Gotta love those triggers

Tonight, as the flight touched down, then later after I got to my sons' house, I had the old urge. It all had to do with flying. In the past, after a 6 hour flight I would have made a beeline for the closest smoking spot . Of course I didn't. Just found my son outside, waited for my baggage, and was happy as can be. But, it bugged me that I felt that old urge. Then I realized. I've flown a long flight only about a half dozen times since quitting. Guess it will take a few more for that not to be a trigger anymore. Anyone else have some unexpected triggers lately?
