I had a similar experience, just last week. My husband & I had a 2 hour drive to a funeral. (I never smoked in the car with him.) I kept having the feeling that we needed to make a stop, although I did not have to go to the "potty". In the old days, I would have made my husband stop at least twice for me to take a smoke break. He always thought I had an overactive bladder but I really just made up the excuse that I had to go, so that I could sneak a smoke. He did say, "wow, honey, stopping smoking has really improved your bladder health!" ;)
Everyday is a learning experience!
