Positive thinking can go a long way

After midnight i will have just finished my fifth week of being smoke. Hurray for me!!! While chating with my sister i told her how i wished i had never started smoking...and how much i'm jealous of all the non smokers in the world. I said they were so lucky of not having to go threw what i'm going threw right now. But really when i think about it... we have a good thing going for us. TODAY, we have decided to take control of our lives and believe enough in ourselves to be strong and get threw this. Now, can you imagine how proud we will be of ourselves each and every day for doing this. I always tell myself....IF I CAN DO THIS...THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO. I'm not sure but i don't think non smokers will go threw something as rewarding as this in their lives. So...i guess we are the lucky ones :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/2/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 34 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 340 Amount Saved: $136.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 12 Mins: 36 Seconds: 59
