Dear Cuddles
How are you today?
I am so proud of you getting through these tough BAD days!
The stressful times are the hardest on us and our quits.
Like learning to walk all over again.......You must figure out ways to cope and not smoke. We were brainwahed to think smoking makes these situaltions easier, when indeed it does not.
Cuddles, way to go on coming here.
You are also a doll for proving to the newbies here.....they don't need to smoke when bad things happen.
Stay Strong Cuddles.

You can get to the other side. You know, most likely all too well, how hard this all is and I will echo what Lady says You have come too far and gone through way too much to turn back. Take a big deep breath in move the air out and step ahead one foot in front of the other. You go girl!

Having a very bad medical crisis with a family member, and having a very hard time dealing with it. But still smoke free.
Cuddles
It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......

Thank you all for being here. Yes Lady I got your mail, thank you very much. The situation is some what better, but it will be quit a while, before my sister gets out of the hospital. Her father in law ended up in the same hospital about 3 days after her. He has bone cancer and is not doing well. Then Sunday night my other sister had to go to the emergencie room, because she got in the middle of her two dogs fighting. She got puncture wounds on her arm but she will be OK. The past week has been very, very rough, but I am still smoke free. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND RESPONSES. It has really helped to get me through this.
Stubow glad to see your back.
