Morning all,
Aunt Sissy - facial was great thanks...and i guess we're twins when it comes to replacing smoking with eating too! And i am also finding it difficult to stop all the snacking on junk that i have become used to! I haven't had much in the way of depression though, so i can't really help there...
I had a really tough day yesterday. I found out i have pre-cancerous cells that i need to get burnt out. Came really close to stealing a smoke out of my mother's jacket, but i didn't...i just drank tea with her then cried and slept the rest of the day. I know it's not a HUGE deal, but it hit me really, really hard, and i had (am having) a tough time coping.
Anyway, still here, still smoke-free.
Lucy
