This is my quit I am not going to smoke. Smoking will not make me feel any better, it will just make me want to have more. I am in control and I will not lite up. I think I will go make a fruit smoothie. I make good ones. Sure taste better than smoking. Way to go Cuddles! The donuts are always a MUCH better option than the smokes...tastes much better too! Just don't eat too many of them or you'll have another set of problems!
