After another smoke free week-end I resolve today to keep my quit and to help any who need support in theirs. The journey we are taking is a hard one at times, but the end results are well worth it. We as a group of quitters are here because we want to take back control of our lives and we will. I will never take my quit for granted, for I know that at any moment I could become a smoker again. This quit is a precious gift to me and I plan to embrace it. Hope everyone here has a good day and as always I'm just:
1 puff away from 2 packs a day
