I am sorry to read you are not feeling like your usual self. Good for you for getting started on the program - I know that takes a ton of strength considering how you are feeling. Good work!
Today is Day 1 for me. My family and I moved 3 weeks ago and now that the dust has settled, I figured I would be feeling better but if anything, I'm feeling worse. Can't really cope with anything. Things that normally make me happy I just feel blah towards... unpacking, shopping for new things, being a mom, work, etc. I'm praying this course helps because something has got to give. Having said that, where can I find blank Activity Schedules?
