Canel, some medicines take a little while to show effects, as they have to build up a little in your system first. Two weeks is not a long time to try them. If you've stopped taking them, why not go back to the doctor and discuss it? Your doctor may prescribe something else. There are lots of meds to choose from, and sometimes it takes a different combo to make a person feel good again. I'm glad you find the Panic Center helpful. Feel free to join there too. :)

Hi, After I read your message I look at the web site, panic center. Thank you for advicing this to me. Like you said I think I have both depression and panic problems. Exactly I think that depression results in panic problems. I have gone to a doctor and he gave me some medicines. I took them for two weeks but I don't think that they help. I already done depression test and I think to get it to my doctor. I will be appreciated if you have other advices to share with me

HI again, Canel. For you and for others reading this, symptoms of depression and anxiety often go together. Very often people experience both symptoms of major depressive disorder (MDD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). You will likely need the help of a professional to figure out what is going on. You could 1. take the depression test and share the results with a health care professional. 2. check out The Panic Centerfor more anxiety-related information.

Hi I am Canel, My problem is fear. I felt this for two years and I don't know what to do. I sometimes keep myself from these thoughts but sometimes I could't.I feel that I have fear for everything, I feel anxiety and I feel like I am bored and don't have pleasure from things and life as I used to.I generally worry about my health. In Last two years I have learned that my grandmother and one of my friend caught to cancer and these fears increase after I learned them. I want to know if these things that I felt is normal or not and is there anyone who feels the same way too.Text
