Well, doing my homework passes the time? . No seriously, I find the activity tracker helpful in keeping tracks of my moods, in realizing they do very across the day a lot more then I thought and also in finding patters pertaining to my depression.

- Ate a good healthy breakfast I prepared myself!
- Read through session 2 and organized my homework for this week!

Leslie, being assertive is a very important skill!  Its a huge step to take to stand up for yourself as well!  Its not easy thats for sure but its essential in relationships and work to be able to stand up for yourself constructively.  Big achievement!

Diva, have you noticed a difference since doing your homework?  You should feel accomplished for completing your therapy homework!  Keep up the good work!

I stood up for my self and didn't let people push me around.  It was tiring but I am glad I did it.
I hired a new gardener and he did a beautiful job.

Its been productive day

I am not sure why I always get stuck at session 5 hahaha! I got stuck there three times now though so I should figure it out. I think part of it is that I find the longer version of the thought challenging process energy draining and as I am tired I often lack motivation... Not sure why I get stuck everytime though... Hmmm... will have to figure it out!

- I am doing laundry.
-I restarted the program at session one ( I had stopped a while back, got stuck on session 5 yet again). Reread the whole first session and got my homework organized.
