Triggers

13 years ago 0 36 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello. I have found that I dislike being around peers, or people in my age group. I react with neglegience towards them, repressed emotions of jealousy, sadness or rage, and I have found that I do not like being friends with these people. But while doing this, I become lonely due to a severe lack of social tolerance and involvement. I do not want to be friends with any of these people, but I don't want to be alone. I'm in quite a predicament and as a senior in high school, I'm afraid this impasse may go with me into college and maybe even after into adulthood.

Members,

It is important to realize what your triggers are and how they affect you.  Take this time to be aware of the triggers around you.

What is causing this?
How did you handle it?
How can you prevent it?
How can you avoid it?

By preparing and being ready, you can continue to be active within your progress and get to the root of the trigger, as well as being able to combat it.
