Thank for asking this question. I am really feeling good about making this a regular routine. The thing that is motivating me is that I want to get stronger. Exercising will strengthen my muscles, legs, heart, and get more oxygen to my brain. My health is the one thing I have neglected to take of on my road to recovery. This will get me out 5 days a week which is great for my agoraphobia and anxiety also. I really do want a happier and healthier life. I really feel good about my decision to start taking better care of myself. I will get stronger and might loose some weight which would help with my self image and would be great for my heart. Thanks for asking me this question this morning. I really do like the positive self talk and posting about the positives it really helps keep me in a positive frame of mind and motivates me to keep moving in a positive direction with my life..... Well I really go to go now talk to you later.
By the the way I started going out and exercising again yesterday morning and am going again this morning. I really see no reason for me to not go walking in the morning since I am up at about 530 am every morning. I am working on making this routine. Exercise makes me feel better in many ways. My doctor said I could get stronger if I started to exercise and maybe lose some weight also. I sleep a lot better last night after exercising yesterday.. Well got to go I am off for my morning walk.
