Reflexology is wonderful for Panic attacks

i have also heard that reiki works wonders... gets rid of energy "blocks" that occur in our body and cause us to be anxious. i am a little skeptical, but who knows? i'm willing to try anything, and a lot of times, ancient medicines are just as effective as, if not more so than, current ones. and no harmful side-effects. i'm all about the 'au naturel' approach.
