Some words to relax to

19 years ago 0 9 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
hey leanna, thanks for sharing these words. they really helped. i was just diagnosed. never thought that being anxious all the time was not normal. anyway, after being diagnosed i am working on the problem.have been partially successful. have started reading a fiction novel after a long time. it is a mystery but one of the scenes were the characters taking a dive in a coral reef in australia and it transported me and relaxed my nerves. that's how i felt when i read ur words. thank u.

Hello, i just wanted to share a nice image that i use when i am relaxing - it helps me to relax a lot and i would like to share it so that you can relax as well. It is early summer in the middle of Devon. There are huge fields of cereal and green pasture where dairy cows eat with no disturbance. Near the coast herring gulls screech and hover for fresh fish. The fresh sea breeze on your relaxed face as you consume a Devonshire cream tea, fresh strawberry jam and beautiful scones. Rich red common poppies and wild and wild common flowers, with busy bees hunting with everlasting concentration skills and the air full of seeds. Thank you and good luck
