Thanks Ruby What kind of thoughts are you having when you say crazy thoughts, if you dont want to answer thats okay. I just want to see if a lot of the thoughts im misinterpreting are the same kind of thoughts others with anxiety are having.

Every time I have a anxiety attack, I think I'am going crazy that's why when I have an attack it makes it worse. Sometimes I get these crazy thoughts then I have a major anxiety attack. I have been told by my doctor that this is a part of anxiety, your not going mad it is only part of the symtoms you get with anxiety. The only thing is when I'am having an anxiety attack I try to say to myself your not crazy this is only an anxiety attack, but when the anxiety starts it is hard to listern to what I'am saying to myself because of the way I feel, the symtoms I get when I have one wins hands down. I hope you understand what I mean. This is the first time I have joined a program like this on the net. But I am trying to get better, I'am hoping with the book I'am reading plus seeing a psychologist, that I will improve because sometimes I feel if I can get through this I'll be a stronger person and then I get my days were I think this is never going to go away. I WILL JUST HAVE TO STAY POSITIVE...AND THINK POSITIVE. ;p

Hi everyone I saw on the one message board people talking about thinking that they might be going crazy. This is the thing that gives me most of my anxiety. But what I think it is, is that I am misinterpreting my thoughts. During the day I will get confused about many things and I think something that is not really true or not really happening but its just because Im confused because of something that happent earlier or something that was said earlier. I have a hard time interpreting what crazy thoughts are. Does anyone have the same kind of problem?
