It may seem huge right now, but you can do this! You can have control and you can overcome your thoughts of panic and anxiety.
Use the program and information on the site to educate yourself about this disorder. The fact that you are able to identify your fears is a great start.
Regarding the program. Take it slow and work through at your own pace. There really isn't a right or wrong way to do it. The most important thing is that you make it meaningful for you so that you can gain the most benefit from the steps.
