Nightmares

yes Guy she can always be there with you even if not physicaly you can carry her soul with you and think of special things when you are really needing her, she can be your happy place, i beleive your nightmares are coming from fear of the big change you are going through and self doubt over whether or not you are doing the right thing, you are taking positive steps in trying to get well its harder at the moment because you have a lot of preasure but when things get easier you will have learned more coping skills and things will get easier.

I was experiencing some progress this week, as you might notice from my posts. Still mostly between a 7 and a 9 for panic, fear and depression. However there were starting to be periods of a half hour or greater where the physical symptoms faded significantly.

Then I woke with a horrible nightmare early this morning and today was just as bad as any day I've ever had. I tried occupying myself with cleaning and such, but I barely made it through the day.

Once I had a chance to talk with my sweetie, that really helped. But she can't always be there can she?

Does anyone have some advice on dealing with this sort of thing?
