Well, I wish I had a magic recipe of some sort for you to help you out but unfortunately I do not. I do think however that getting back to the basics, like the CBT program here, like the thought challenging and such really could help you get back on track and feeling back to the way you want to feel. Sometimes, we forget to use the tools we have in periods where we are feeling really good. It is not a bad idea to revisit the program and freshen up on our skills :)
Plus, you can alwas come here and vent, which I find helps :)
